Corrigan Fest is a Celtic trad/punk band out of Canada. (There are a lot of really awesome Canadian Celtic bands.) What makes them stand out? The headlong, devil-may-care way they throw themselves into their music, punk guitars flawlessly combined with the tin whistle, and the fact that they sing almost exclusively in French. Well, they are from Montreal!
Sadly, my French is so limited that it’s basically nonexistant, but I still can’t get enough of these guys. This song is called Regarde au loin, I hope ya’ll enjoy it as much as I do.
