Two days, two CD pre-releases to talk about.  This one significant for entirely different reasons than the last.  If you’ve spent any time at all digging around for Celtic music on the internet, chances are you’ve run across Marc Gunn.  His Irish and Celtic Music Podcast has consistently been one of iTunes top Music podcasts for years. While a member of the Brobdingnagian Bards, Marc always branched out and released music following his own, sometimes slighty askew, creative impulses as well, bringing his Celtic-influenced autoharp to bear on various sci-fi fandoms, pirating, and songs about cats on more than one occasion.

Although there was much wailing and gnashing of teeth last September when the Brobdingnagian Bards decided to sound last call, both members have kept themselves busy since, and Marc has produced what promises to be another amazing CD, entitled Heart’s Ease. I’m sure Marc will be by to correct me on this if I get it wrong, but I THINK this is the first full-length release by either of them since the Bards split.
